De MEP Tiger 402 CNC HR 4.0 cirkelzaagmachine is een elektro-mechanische volautomatische verticale cirkelzaagmachine.
Volautomatische CNC verticale cirkel afkortzaagmachine met extra halfautomatische functie. Uitgerust met een door MEP ontwikkelde MEP 4.0 besturing met 8” Touch screen op WINDOWS gebaseerd en drukknoppen voor alle bedieningsfuncties. Door MEP ontwikkelde PLC voor volautomatische zaagmachines. De besturing heeft een RISC 32 bit 200 MHZ interface voor een GSM kaart voor het versturen van SMS berichten naar een mobiele telefoon bij alarm melding tijdens onbemand zagen of aansluiting op een ETHERNET netwerk voor service op afstand, software updates per e-mail of op SD of MMC kaart direct in de besturing. Multi-microprocessor besturing en twee CNC bestuurde assen voor het zagen van aluminium en lichtmetalen met een WIDIA zaagblad. In één materiaalopspanning kunnen tot 32 verschillende zaagprogramma’s, elk met een eigen stuks aantal en lengte worden gezaagd. De machine is uitgevoerd met een motor met 2 snelheden 3,3/4,4 kW en 2 zaagsnelheden 1700/3400 omw/min. De neergaande beweging van de zaagkop geschiedt op lineair geleidingen en sledes met kogelomloopwagens.
De machine kan tevens worden voorzien van een automatische verstekinstelling voor 3 posities van 45° links, 0° en 45° rechts. Ook is de machine leverbaar met een automatisch laad magazijn model CB6001
